You can walk in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, passing white washed villages of the Alpujarras, hear natural streams flowing, and catch the scent of fresh herbs and flowers. You will encounter small farms, meeting a Spanish local with his mule and many things more that represent rural Spain.
