Initial fee & commission
We put your house on our website in two languages (English/Dutch) just for a one-off charge of 20 €. Only when we generate a booking a commission will be charged. All website- & promotion charges, making extra pictures of your house etc. are paid by us.
How do we work
During your initial contact, we listen to your needs and inform you of our strategy. We analyze the pictures and information you send us and plan a house visit during the year. Prices & marketing will be discussed and agreed on in this process. Please contact us if you are interested and send us some information regarding your house. If you have pictures (200 KB) send some as well.
