Casa Molino is situated in the village of Mondujar, opposite a restored water mill in the Valle de Lecrin. Mondujar has easy access from the motorway and is only 15 minutes drive away from Granada city, 20 minutes from the Costa Tropical and 15 minutes from the Alpujarras. The house has been fully renovated in Spanish style and divided into two self contained appartments. The owners live on the ground floor. The house is suitable for 4 guests (or 6). Nearby the house (300 meters walk) is a large swimming pool, combined with a restaurant/bar. In the village there are restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy and several banks. For the keen walkers, the E4/GR-7 long distance path, runs near the village leading to Lanjarón (the Alpujarras).

1st floor:

living/dining room with wood burner, TV, DVD, stereo, kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower. Both rooms have wardrobes and typical Spanish style balconies.

2nd floor:

large sun terrace with views towards the mountains.
