The house has a communal garden and large swimming pool (10-5m), which are shared with several other houses. The GR-7, long distance path, runs through the village an leads to Lanjarón, the Alpujarras. Nearby in Talara there are shops, tapas bars and restaurants. The beach (25 minutes drive) and the Sierra Nevada ski resort (55 minutes drive) are also nearby.

First floor:

open planed kitchen/dining/living room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker with oven, wood burning stove, bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower/bath, communal garden, swimming pool.

Second floor:

bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, terrace with terrace furniture.
