Rural holiday houses

Our selection of holiday houses mainly consists of authentic rural town houses, cortijos & villas, carefully decorated by their proud owners. They represent a typical Andalusian style, but with the confort of modern life. Think about sipping a nice wine next to the pool in the sunshine, reading a good book or planning your next day out to the beach. Tapas, beautiful nature, interesting culture and hospitality are our ingredients for a relaxing holiday in Southern Spain!

A casa, villa, cortijo or molino?  

A “Casa” is a town house in or on the outskirts of town. A “Villa” is a big house, mostly outside town, set on private grounds. A “Cortijo” stands for a farmhouse, again outside town. It is mostly a 1 floor building. A “Molino” is een converted water mill, situated on the outskirts of town.

Information rentals

• The holiday houses can be rented per week. Some house are suitable for short breaks, with a minimum of 3 nights. Ask our advice on short breaks.  
• There is no mandatory arrival & departure day for most houses, except in the high season.
• Arrival & departure times: 16:00 or 17:00 PM. On your depature, we ask you to leave the house at 10:00 AM.
• In general, swimming pools are open from mid April to the end of September, ask us for more details.
• We also offer long term stays, please ask our advice and we will find a house that meets your requirements.
• We charge an administration fee of € 20 per booking.

Other services

• Car Rental: group B: Opel Corsa, Kia Picanto: from € 140 per week. Group C with airco: Peugeot 206, Opel Corsa, Getz, Toyota Yaris, Seat Panda: from € 160 per week. Please ask us for details.
• Welcome pack: don't want to go shopping when you arrive? We will get the first necessities and leave it in the house for you!
• Golf package deal: 4 green fees to four golf courses in Granada: € 185.
• Alhambra: you can book direct on www.alhambra-tickets.es. Booking in advance is advisable.
• Airlines offering flights to Malaga and/or Granada airport: Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, Vueling, Iberia.
