Casa Madrigal is a typical Spanish town house, which is fully equipped and suitable for 4 quests. The house is situated on a small square in the white washed village of Nigüelas. From the sun terrace you can see the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, whilst tasting its fresh water at the town square. For keen walkers the GR-7, long distance path, runs through Nigüelas. In the village there are shops, tapas bars and restaurants. Nigüelas is ideally situated between the beach (25 minutes drive), Granada city (15 min), the Alpujarras walking district (15 min) and the Sierra Nevada ski resort (55 min).

Ground floor:

kitchen/dining room with fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dish washer, cooker with oven, microwave, wood burning stove, stereo, small patio and toilet.

First floor:

1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower/bath.

Top floor:

lounge with doors opening to the sun terrace, BBQ, terrace furniture, stereo, TV without channels, DVD player.
