Casa Lucia is a lovely town house, totally renovated with traditional Spanish features.. The house is fully equipped for 8 guests. It has a large swimming pool (5mx10m). This house is located in the village of Cozvijar. In this village you will find a bank, shops, tapas bars and a supermarket. Nearby in Durcal (3 min.) you can enjoy many more restaurants and tapas bars. Cozvijar is located near to the beach (25 minutes), the Alpujjaras 15 minutes, and Granada city (15 minutes).

Ground floor:

kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer, portable CD player, utility room with washing machine and dryer, dining room with wood burning stove, living room, bathroom with shower, swimming pool with terrace furniture.

First floor:

2 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom with bath/shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, TV room with Sky satellite (English & European channels), bathroom with bath/shower.

Top floor:

terrace with terrace furniture and lounge cushions.

Price (10% discount for 2nd week):
