Property management

You own a property in the province of Granada, which you use as your holiday retreat. What happens to your house when you close the door and go back home? This is where we step in and take care of your property, whilst you are away.

We will act responsible in all sorts of matters. For instance, local authorities will drop a bill in your post box when you are not there. We will pick it up and pay the outstanding amount before a fine comes in. We are experienced and able to help you. We speak Spanish, English, Dutch and German.

Maintenance

Your holiday home needs taken care of. Whenever you arrive your holiday starts! Instead of wasting your valuable holiday time fixing, painting and keeping the house in good order, we will maintain the house for you. For instance cleaning the pool, maintaining water, heater & electrical appliances, checking and informing you about anything that needs to be done to your house.

House Rentals/Return On Investment

We offer the possibility to generate "Return On Investment" for your property by promoting it on our website. Our philosophy is to earn back the running cost of your home, so instead of asking us how much you owe us, we give you a property report which shows a positive outcome for you. We do not ask for exclusivity in booking your property, however we highly recommend that we are informed of the availability, so a quick response to potential holiday makers will be turned into a booking.
When you rent out your home we organize the cleaners to come into the house before the quests arrive.

Meet & Greet

When you rent out your "home in the sun", you like to deal with a company that knows your house and is able to meet & greet your guests. We show them around, let them know how things work (like how to operate/change the gas bottle which many people are not used to). We introduce them to the area, informing them of things to do (see our activity section), and when any help or advise needed, they can contact us.
